Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ZUNTIX USA LLC receives through this website and commercial correspondence, how that information is used, and the rights available to you under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and general United States privacy requirements.

Company information

This website is operated by ZUNTIX USA LLC, 30 N Gould St, #64383, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Website: https://www.zuntix.com. Email: info@zuntix.com.

ZUNTIX USA LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Where we handle information on behalf of a manufacturer or buyer under a written agreement, we act as a processor for that specific engagement.

Last updated: August 2026.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly: your name, company, business email address, telephone number, country or region, job function, and the technical and commercial details of your requirement, including part numbers, specifications, quantities, destinations, delivery terms and any documents you attach.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from the IP address. This information is collected through analytics cookies and standard server logs.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not seek special categories of data such as health, biometric, political or religious information. Please do not include such information in your inquiries.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your requirement, obtain pricing from manufacturers, authorized distributors or qualified suppliers, prepare quotations, coordinate resulting orders, and respond to partnership, sourcing and government or defense-related inquiries.

We also use information to maintain commercial records, screen requests against applicable trade compliance and export control requirements, protect the security and integrity of this website, and comply with legal obligations.

Under the GDPR our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and securing a business-to-business trade network; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where consent is requested, such as for analytics cookies.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the site to load and display correctly, together with optional analytics cookies.

Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Before a choice is made, or if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Further detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-7Z98YQM991) to understand how pages are used, such as page views, navigation patterns and the volume of inquiries submitted. Analytics is loaded only after consent and operates under Google Consent Mode, with IP addresses handled by Google in a truncated form.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the website. It is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold to third parties.

Contact forms and business inquiries

Requests for quotation, sourcing requests, manufacturer partnership applications and government or defense inquiries are submitted through forms on this website and transmitted over an encrypted connection to our systems. A copy of each submission is sent to the relevant ZUNTIX mailbox, and an acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide.

To help us verify the origin of a submission and prevent misuse, our internal notification includes technical metadata such as the IP address and the time of submission.

Technical documents such as drawings and specifications are shared with manufacturers, authorized distributors or qualified suppliers only to the extent necessary to obtain a quotation, and only with parties involved in your requirement.

Data retention

Inquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as necessary to serve the commercial relationship and to support repeat requirements, and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, customs and export control obligations, typically up to seven years.

Analytics data is retained for a maximum of fourteen months. Requests that do not lead to a commercial relationship are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer required.

Data security

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Submissions are stored in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to personnel involved in your inquiry on a need-to-know basis.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of commercial and technical documentation. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we ask that you avoid sending classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted material without first agreeing on a suitable channel with us.

Third-party services

We rely on a limited number of service providers to operate this website and our correspondence: hosting and application infrastructure, a managed database and form-processing backend, a transactional email provider used to deliver acknowledgements and internal notifications, and Google Analytics for consent-based measurement.

These providers process information only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal data, to request correction or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@zuntix.com. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law, and we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or your authority to make the request.

International data transfers

ZUNTIX USA LLC is established in the United States, and our trade network involves counterparties in North America, Europe, Türkiye and the Middle East. Information you send us is therefore processed in the United States and may be transferred to manufacturers, distributors or suppliers in other countries where necessary to prepare a quotation or fulfil an order.

Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate confidentiality commitments from the receiving party.
